  • Design and modeling of CMOS devices and IC Interconnect
  • Circuit Simulation-SPICE, Combinational and Sequential Circuit Design
  • Clocking and timing, clock distribution, timing analysis
  • Data path and Array Subsystems
  • Special-Purpose Subsystems
  • Memory Subsystem- Static, dynamic and non-volatile memories
  • Energy-Efficient Digital VLSI Design
  • Variability-aware Digital VLSI Design
  • Signal integrity, Power integrity and I/O
  • Design Methodology and Tools
  • Testing, Debugging and Verification
  • 2.5D and 3D IC and System in Package (SiP)
  • The course focuses on the fundamental understating of Digital CMOS VLSI Design.
  • Students will learn how to design and modeling of Energy-Efficient / High-performance Digital Integrated Circuits /Modules / Subsystems / Chips based on nano-scaled CMOS / FinFETs technology.
