  • The course covers the high performance and energy-efficient of digital integrated circuits. Students will learn the design and implementation techniques for digital VLSI circuits in nano-scaled CMOS technology. The course also provides a fundamental understating, designing and optimizing digital systems with respect to different quality metrics: power, timing, area and reliability.
